Princess Alexandra Hospital Station
The busway will provide a significant link in Brisbane’s public infrastructure to improve rail and bus service integration. Once completed, it will be 1,500 metres long and will link:
- The South East Busway and Green Bridge
- The South East Busway, Park Road Railway Station, and Pricess Alexandra Hospital
- The South East Busway, Park Road Railway Station, and Boggo Road Precinct Redevelopment

VR Space developed a virtual reality (VR) model of the proposed development that supplemented Queensland Transport’s community consultation activities. The model allowed free navigation within the environment and also included a keyboard activated switch to make the terrain transparent. This feature is particularly useful since much of the proposed busway is underground.
